Ensure the tires are in good condition, there are no punctures and always clean the bike with water and soap if necessary.

8. How high should my saddle be on my bike?

Saddle height is crucial to making sure that you do not injure yourself or feel uncomfortable on the bike. The general rule of thumb is that your leg should be completely extended with a slight bend in the knee when sitting on the saddle.
